JAFF’’S DESIGN INSPIRATION 设计理念：
One of the wonderful things about interior design is that it make you stop
and think, consider what is really important for a space/home, how to create the
best sense impression, atmosphere, focus point, interesting for it but yet it’s
ample functional.
Interior design wasn’t only focused on creating a look that was out of
impress, peoples no longer demanded interior built on the “wow factor”-instead
they touched on different value, how they wanted to feel, safe, comfortable
relaxed and happy.

Having the so-called “perfect show house” no longer mattered. Having a environment/home that really was it did, and
has a positive influence on the mood. The art of design is now about using space, light, color, texture and different
materials to promote good feeling.
We are all influenced, every single day by the things we see and experience, you might open a book of the black and
white photography and see and image that reminds you of something you have experienced, not necessarily a place or a
person, but something more subliminal and emotional, happiness, success, celebrating, when I am looking through a
particular image or object, it is not I am seeking direct inspiration, such as which/what colors or texture to use, but
that I am trying to hear it, smell it, taste it, feel it, start to think not only about the memory, also connect which
experience I have had and translate some of the feeling into my design.

首席设计师情况简介 |
欧海杰AU HAI KIT，国籍马来西亚。从事室内设计至今已有十年。在这十年中，欧先生在新加坡，马来西亚及国内主持设计了较多的大中型项目，也在业界取得了一些不错的口碑。
其中在新加坡从事的主要项目有：
1、Hdbay 样板房, Punggol （新加玻）
2、余人生分店, Changi airport （新加玻）
3 、Cube Sugar 服装店, Bugis parco（新加玻）
在上海从事的主要项目有：
1、锦麟天地雅苑
简介：此项目为上海的永业集团和MORGAN STANLEY集团在上海合作开发的高档楼盘。装修总造价5000万人民币（不含设备）。售价为3000多美金每平方米。参与设计所有室内空间的设计，包括样板房，标准层，会所，大堂，商业中心等。
2、碧瑶公寓
简介：项目为菲律宾首信银行在上海的开发的平均售价为人民币20000多元的高档住宅楼项目。主持设计了其中的三套样板房。
3、古北瑞仕花园
简介：地处古北的一个高档楼盘，主持了其中一个样板房的设计。
4、上海滩花园
简介：华润集团在上海开发的第一个高档项目，售价为人民币20000多元。
主持了其中一套样板房的设计
在南京从事的主要项目有：
1、南京国际商城北塔公寓
简介：此项目为南京国际集团在南京倾力开发的集办公，五星酒店，公寓，商场于一体的高档综合性项目。公寓部分装修总造价约为5000万人民币。主持设计了样板房，标准层，大堂等；
2、南京约瑟夫公寓
简介：此项目为南京城开集团在南京开发的高档单身公寓，主持设计了其中的5套样板房；
3、南京汤山公馆
简介：此项目为南京城开集团在南京汤山开发的连排别墅，主持设计了其中的三套样板房；
4、龙池翠洲
简介：此项目为南京城开集团在南京六合开发的中档公寓，主持设计了其中的三套样板房；
在杭州从事的主要项目有：
1、亲亲家园
简介：此项目为杭州坤和集团开发的100万平方米的住宅小区。主持设计样板房，售楼处，大堂等。
2、山水人家
简介：此项目为杭州坤和集团开发的50万平方米的高档住宅小区。主持设计大堂，电梯厅等。
在绍兴从事的主要项目有：
1、绍兴月池坊售楼处
简介：此项目为杭州坤和集团在绍兴新近开发的一个大型中高档楼盘，主持设计了售楼处。
在宁波从事的项目有：
1、宁波亲亲家园
简介：此项目为杭州坤和集团在宁波开发的一个中档楼盘，主持设计了样板房，门厅，架空层等
